What InnerGuru is

Not relief from the problem. Transformation of it.

You bring one thing you'd like to change, a feeling, a behaviour, a thought that keeps returning. InnerGuru doesn't help you manage it, suppress it, or talk yourself out of it. It guides you, step by step and out loud, to turn toward the part of you that generates it, and to discover that this part has a positive intention. It wants something good for you. It always did.

From there you follow what it wants, one honest layer deeper at a time, until you reach the state underneath all of it: your Core State. A way of being, peace, presence, wholeness, that doesn't have to be earned, performed, or gotten from anyone. It's already in you. Then InnerGuru helps that state move back up through the whole pattern, transforming the part, the memories that shaped it, and the situation you started with.

Nothing is forced. Nothing is added from outside. The thing you came in wanting to be rid of turns out to be the doorway to what you already are.

You don't add a resource, you find one

The Core State isn't installed from outside. It's a state of being already in you, recognised rather than created. Your system learns experientially that this is your true nature.

A feeling, a behaviour, a recurring thought. Whatever keeps showing up uninvited. You don't analyse it, you just locate it.

"What do you want?", and then, beneath that, what's deeper? Layer by layer, the wanting leads somewhere unexpected: a Core State. A state of being that simply is.

The Core State rises back up through every layer, through the original pattern, and through the moments that shaped it, transforming each. You feel, first-hand, how different the thing you came in with has become.

Footnote for the curious: with time, InnerGuru also guides the deeper phases Connirae developed, letting the part "grow up" through your life with the Core State present, and integrating it fully into your whole being.

The experience

Find a quiet fifteen minutes. Headphones on, eyes closed. A calm voice gives you one prompt, then waits, really waits, while you find what's true. You answer out loud, or just notice. It listens, and guides the next step.

There's room to feel. Room to not know yet. Room to say nothing at all. You can pause whenever you like and come back when you're ready. The session moves at the speed of your attention, and nowhere faster, but it never loses the thread, so you always go somewhere.

Core Transformation®

A gentle, powerful process for following any unwanted pattern down to the deep state of being beneath it, your Core State, and letting that state transform the pattern, the parts involved, and the experiences that shaped them. It's set out in full in Connirae and Tamara Andreas's book, taught through professional trainings at Andreas NLP, and prescribed as a fifteen-minute daily self-practice to advanced practitioners. That daily practice is exactly what InnerGuru guides, now in a voice, so you don't need a partner or a script in front of you.

You value depth over hacks, and you're wary of anything that promises too loudly. You've maybe noticed that insight alone doesn't always change much, and you're ready for something that works a layer deeper. No experience with this kind of work is needed. InnerGuru works alongside therapy and coaching. It doesn't replace them. It isn't a crisis service, and it isn't the right place to be when you need urgent support. For that, please reach for a person.

Honest answers.

Therapy mostly works by talking about the problem and understanding it. Meditation generally works by stepping back from your thoughts and feelings. Core Transformation does something else: it follows the part of you behind the pattern down to what it really wants, reaches the deep state underneath, and lets that state transform the pattern itself. It's not analysis and it's not detachment, it's transformation at the root. It sits well alongside therapy and doesn't replace professional care.
The deep state of being that turns out to be underneath every pattern when you follow it far enough. People describe it as peace, presence, wholeness, being, oneness, a state that simply is, rather than something you do, get, or achieve. The heart of the method is discovering, first-hand, that this state was your nature all along.
That's completely fine, and more common than you'd think. The process makes room for not knowing. The voice waits with you, and something usually arrives in its own time. If it doesn't, you stop and come back later. Nothing is lost, and the method works even with something small or half-formed.
About fifteen minutes, the daily self-practice dose Connirae teaches. You set the pace, you can go longer if you want to, and you can pause or stop whenever you like.
The method is built to be gentle and self-led, it's designed to be done on your own. It still asks for some inner steadiness. If you're in crisis or feeling fragile, reach for human support first.
